Job Title: Admin & Telecaller Executive

Job Summary:
We are hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Admin & Telecaller Executive in Coimbatore, to manage lead follow-ups, support sales activities, and handle administrative and digital operations. The role requires strong communication skills, basic accounting knowledge, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Telecalling & Lead Management
- Make outbound calls to assigned leads and follow up regularly
- Generate new leads through calls and other channels
- Convert leads into sales by explaining products clearly
- Maintain proper lead records and updates
Social Media & Digital Handling
- Manage and update company social media pages
- Respond to basic customer inquiries online
- Support in improving online presence
E-Commerce Management
- Handle product listings and updates on Amazon, Flipkart, and other platforms
- Monitor orders, inquiries, and customer responses
- Coordinate for smooth order processing
Accounts & Administration
- Maintain basic company accounts (expenses & revenues)
- Record and organize office documents properly
- Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks
Operations Support
- Assist in product sales and operational activities
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow
- Keep updated knowledge of company products
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (English & local language)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Familiarity with social media platforms
- Basic understanding of accounts is an added advantage
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Preferred Skills:
- Telecalling / Sales experience
- E-commerce platform handling (Amazon, Flipkart)
- Organizational and follow-up skills
